SERVICE · SAAS DEVELOPMENT

SaaS products that scale [rotate: cleanly|securely|profitably|gracefully] from day one.

We design and build multi-tenant SaaS platforms with billing, auth, and observability wired in from week one — so your engineers ship features instead of plumbing.

Four tiles pulling from public APIs and your device runtime — no invented KPIs. The same observability discipline goes into every SaaS we ship.

Engineering in plain bash

A look at what good infrastructure feels like

We are a software development agency — most days look more like a terminal than a meeting. Here is a glimpse of the workflows we wire into every SaaS we ship: deploys that are safe, webhooks that never lie, tenants that stay isolated, and telemetry that tells you the truth.

What you ship

A platform, not just a product

Two pillars hold every SaaS we deliver: revenue mechanics that grow with the business, and architecture that earns trust the day a real enterprise customer signs.

Subscription engine

Billing built on Stripe with idempotent webhooks, proration, dunning, and revenue recognition mapped to your finance system — pricing changes ship in hours, not quarters. We design the catalog with you, instrument every conversion event, and leave behind an admin console your customer-success team will actually open.

Tenant isolation, by design

Row-level security, scoped API keys, per-tenant rate limits, and SSO (Google, Microsoft, Okta, SAML) wired in from the first sprint — so the first enterprise prospect does not become a six-month re-architecture. Every query is auditable. Every permission is explainable. Compliance reviews become a paperwork exercise, not a fire drill.

How we work

Five commitments behind every line of code

We are a software development agency — not a body shop, not an offshore call center, not a freelance roulette. These commitments show up in every codebase we touch, long before your first paying customer.

  1. We write code your engineers can read.

Clear naming, clear boundaries, and comments that explain why — never just what. Six months in, your team owns the codebase, not a stack of question marks. Hand-off is a transition, not an excavation.

  2. We ship in slices, not big bangs.

Every two weeks you see real, end-to-end progress in staging — UI, services, persistence, telemetry — not a slide deck. Stakeholders react to working software early, when changes are still cheap and feedback still useful.

  3. We document as we go.

READMEs, architecture decision records, runbooks, and a Loom video for every non-obvious decision. Onboarding the next engineer takes a morning — not a quarter — because the reasoning is captured next to the code.

  4. We instrument from day one.

Tracing, structured logs, metrics, and dashboards live in week one — not "after launch when we have time." You ship knowing how the system behaves under real load, and you find regressions before users do.

  5. We hand it over to win it back.

You should be able to fire us tomorrow without drama. That confidence is how we earn the next phase of work — never retainer lock-in, never a knowledge hostage situation. Trust compounds; lock-in burns out.

Stack

Tools we compose for SaaS

Boring where it should be — Postgres with RLS, Stripe for billing, OpenTelemetry for sleep. Expressive where users feel it.

Do you support multi-tenant from day one?

Yes. Tenant model, row-level security, RBAC, and SSO go in the first sprint — not bolted on after the first enterprise deal. Auditable by design.

Which billing provider do you recommend?

Stripe by default — the SCA-compliant flows, metered usage, proration, and dunning are mature. We integrate Paddle or Chargebee when tax / merchant-of-record needs justify it.

Can you join an existing SaaS codebase?

Yes. We integrate with your ceremonies, adopt your standards, and leave behind documentation your engineers will actually use. We can also run a paid audit week before commitment.

How long until first paying customer?

For greenfield SaaS, our typical path to a real paying customer is 10–14 weeks: 2 weeks discovery, 6 weeks scaffold + billing, 2 weeks onboarding polish, then closed beta with revenue. We re-scope openly if signal changes.

What about SOC 2 and compliance?

We design for SOC 2 readiness from week one — audit logging, secrets management, access reviews, and vendor inventory. We pair with auditors and partners like Vanta or Drata for the certification phase.
